Vulnerabilità – Un approccio interdisciplinare

On 25th of January, Paolo Pertile has soken at the event “Vulnerabilità – Un approccio interdisciplinare”, organized by the Lanza Foundation.
The Lanza Foundation’s three-year research project proposes a reflection on the various meanings and faces of vulnerability present on the individual, social and environmental levels, while also examining the contribution that the subject matter can offer in the face of questions of applied ethics.
The speech  focused on the vulnerability of healthcare systems, which is part of the research agenda of the project FLASH. In particular, the focus has been on vulnerabilities related to the mechanism of healthcare financing and their efficiency and equity implications.
