Institut catala de la salut (ICS)
ICS is a public agency of the Department of Health of Catalonia (ES). It is the major provider of health care services in the Region. As a reference entity in the country's public health system, the ICS aims to improve the health and quality of life of people through the promotion of healthy habits, prevention of health problems, and treatment of diseases, ranging from the most common to those requiring more complex approaches. ICS is an affiliated entity of IDIAP, which is in charge of handling the financial and administrative aspects of the research activities of ICS.

An Athenaeum that looks to the future through a continuous strengthening of the link between educational offerings and the world of work
Università degli Studi di Verona is the coordinator of the project and will oversee all the steps and will provide the expertise needed to achieve all the set objectives.

Consorzio Italbiotec, thanks to its expertise, will be in charge of communication and dissemination activities, as well as provide support in the project management.

An historical Czech institution, the key priority of which is to continue to enhance its prestigious status as a research university, focusing strongly on research activities.
Univerzita Karlova’s major contribution will be to the designing of a system for patients’ mobility to improve quality of care across Member States and to reduce the quality gap among countries.

Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam
Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) is renowned for its high academic standards and innovative research across a wide range of disciplines. It is known for its strong emphasis on internationalization and offers a vibrant and multicultural learning environment
In the project context EUR will focus on the assessment of the resilience of health care systems and on the study of the potential health and cost benefits of improved integration of care for older individuals.

Fundació Institut Universitari Per A La Recerca A L’atenció Primària De Salut Jordi Gol I Gurina
IDIAPJGol is a center of reference in research and promotion of health at the first level of care that aims to promote and develop innovation, clinical research, epidemiology and in health services in the field of primary care.
The primary focus of IDIAPJGol is to evaluate the benefits of a better integrated care for older people, as well as to study the impact of incentives on the enhancement of the efficiency, effectiveness and equity of health care systems.

Kancelar Zdravotniho Pojisteni
KZP is a Czech common self-governing institution of all health insurance companies.
KZP will contribute to the assessment of the resilience of health care systems, as well as to the design of a system for patients’ mobility to improve quality of care across Member States and to reduce the quality gap among countries.

Università Degli Studi Di Catania
An historical Italian institution that offers a variety of courses with the primary goal of promoting relationships with people across the academic community.
The University will take part in many tasks across the project. In particular, it will be the lead beneficiary in the assessment of the resilience of healthcare systems; its expertise will be used also in the assessment of financial incentives for physicians through a series of experiments.

University of Hamburg is one of Germany’s outstanding universities, aiming to contributes
to the efforts to address some of the major challenges of today and tomorrow.
The main role of the University of Hamburg is to define a theoretical framework for the analysis of the impact of financial incentives on general practitioners’ behavior.

Universitat Internacional De Catalunya
An International University that offers a large variety of courses and degrees and that is based on Christian humanism values.
It will offer its expertise in providing evidence on the impact, efficacy and cost effectiveness of digital health technologies relying on different quantitative research methods.

Vilniaus Universitetas
Vilnius University is the oldest and largest Lithuanian higher education institution; it is an active participant in international scientific and academic activities.
Vilnius University will work on the assessment of the resilience of health care systems, but it will be focused more on the study of the relationship between alternative characteristics of financing mechanisms and unmet health needs or health and income distribution.

Szkoła Główna Handlowa W Warszawie
SGH Warsaw School of Economics is an innovative university of business and economics which develops intellectual potential and educates leaders in response to the challenges of the future.
In the context of the project SGH Warsaw School of Economics will work on the evaluation of the impact that incentives have on the efficiency and quality of healthcare.

Agenzia Nazionale Per I Servizi Sanitari Regionali
The National Agency for Regional Health Services (AGENAS) is a noneconomic public body of national importance.
AGENAS ensures its technical-operational collaboration with the Italian Regions and individual health care companies in the organizational, management, economic, financial and accounting areas, in terms of effectiveness of health care interventions, as well as quality, safety and humanization of care.
AGENAS will primarily focus on the study of the the resilience of financing models for hospital care.

Mci Management Center Innsbruck Internationale Hochschule Gmbh
MCI links together the best out of science, economy and consulting to the unique concept of an international Entrepreneurial University of Applied Sciences providing the platform for numerous academia-business activities including start-ups, executive education, summer & winter schools, study abroad programs and international conferences.
For the project MCI will work on the assessment of the role and extent of the mobility flows across EU countries and on the definition of a model for patients‘ mobility across Europe.

Federation Europeenne Des Hôpitaux Et Des Soins De Santé
A European non-profit organization, representing national public and private hospital and healthcare associations and hospital, health and social care services owners. It covers almost 80% of hospital care and is also active in the healthcare and social fields.
HOPE will work on the creation of the resilience index and on the identification of the drivers of hospital resilience. It will also participate in the study of incentives for efficiency and quality of health care.

Biocat La Fundació Bioregió De Catalunya
Biocat is a strategic stakeholder and catalyst for building, promoting and projecting the Catalan life sciences and healthcare ecosystem.
It focuses on accelerating technology transfer and business growth by promoting activities to boost the sector’s capacities, fostering entrepreneurs and researchers’ innovative capacities and talent development and Bringing together the ecosystem’s stakeholders with international players.
Biocat in the project will focus on the development of tools that enable payers to enhance their ability to forecast the financial and organizational impacts of new technologies.

Azienda Zero
An institution that ensures the continuous improvement of clinical, care, social-health and economic-financial performance of the Veneto’s Regional Health System.
Azienda Zero will employ its expertise in the set up of a dynamic model for the Budget Impact Analysis of new technologies and in the accounting for health needs in resource allocation.
